EMILY FELL
~ Nature mandala

Beach Stage Area: Saturday the 12th from 11am-12pm
The term "mandala" comes from Sanskrit, meaning "circle," and refers to a design that radiates symmetrically from a central point. Mandalas have been used for thousands of years in Buddhist and Hindu spiritual practices, often for meditation and reflection. Nature mandalas adapt this concept outdoors, allowing people to create temporary, harmonious patterns using natural materials.
Emily will be offering ceremony and guiding you through the meaning of impermanence as you and others create a Nature Mandala using provided natural materials, as well as foraged materials along the Sugar River.
Sara Lynn
~ Family Constellations
Beach Stage Area: Sunday the 13th from 10:15am-11:30am
Family Constellation is a therapeutic approach that delves into the hidden dynamics within families to uncover and resolve deep-seated emotional issues, traumas, and patterns that may span generations. Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the late 20th century, this method has gained global recognition for its unique and profound way of addressing familial and personal challenges.
The process involves setting up a "constellation," within the container which is a living map of the family system. This is often done in a group setting where chosen participants represent family members or elements of the "Client". Through an intuitive process hidden dynamics, loyalties, and unresolved issues come to light, allowing for healing and resolution.
Join Flow Coach & Facilitator Sara Lynn for an immersive experience of witnessing, or being a part of, guided intuitive healing.
